New users or Principal Investigators (PIs) should first contact Dr. Sung Kwon Cho to discuss the proposed project.

For new projects, the Principle Investigator (PI) must complete a JASMiN Lab Project Initiation Form (DOC) then submit to the JASMiN lab.

Complete User Information Form

First-time lab users (e.g. students and post-docs who will be working in the lab) should:

• Attend the Environmental Health and Safety course on Chemical Hygiene/Formaldehyde Awareness Training.
• Complete the User Information Form (DOC) then submit to the JASMiN lab.

Arrange for Laboratory Orientation and Individual Equipment Training

Every user of the JASMiN Lab must contact Dr. Sung Kwon Cho to schedule a laboratory orientation session and training on specific pieces of equipment.

Schedule Equipment Time

Schedule time on lab equipment upon completion of the orientation and training sessions.

A list of specific equipment that require scheduling will be available in the future and an on-line scheduling system is currently being tested.
