If you require an invitation letter for VISA purposes, please fill out the following form. This form is intended only for Pittsburgh Coal Conference attendees.

Please note all fields are required. If you are NOT presenting a paper, you MUST register online for the conference before an invitation letter will be sent to you.

Letters will be emailed in PDF format. If you require an original be mailed to you, please request this in "other comments".
