Panther Racing is given #60 for the 2007-2008 year! The Panther's competed versus top FSAE contenders at the first annual Goodyear Shootout.

New Pictures of 26's competition added! Panther Racing has successfully completed the 2006-2007 year, finishing 32nd of 102 competing schools. Design for the 2008 car has begun!

The University of Pittsburgh got 47th place out of 125 competitors at the 2006 Formula SAE Competition due to a failure to restart in the
endurance event. Look for the pictures page to be updated and new newsletter in the next few days.

28 September 2004 The University
of Pittsburgh FSAE team attended a track day held by Goodyear. We would like to thank Goodyear
for holding the event and The University of Akron FSAE Team for use of their shop.
27 September 2004 Panther Racing has been awarded free registration for the 2005 Formula SAE competition for submitting the article "On the Road to Win," featured in the May 2004 edition of the SAE newsletter. Panther Racing will field car number 53 in Detroit as we take on teams from around the world in an attempt to win our first Formula SAE World Championship.

29 July 2004 Panther Racing finished second in the second annual Caliguiri Cup competition held during the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. Rival school Penn State earned the overall victory, with Carnegie Mellon University also competing. Congratulations to Penn State for a great showing, and thanks to CMU and faculty advisor John Wiss for hosting the event.
