Research LabsRadio Frequency (RF) Shielded Laboratory260 Benedum Hall Contact: Marlin Mickle The Radio Frequency Shielded Laboratory supports the RF experiments and testing within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The walls of this laboratory are covered with copper plaques to prevent any radio frequency energy from entering or leaving the room. The RFS laboratory is 13 feet and 10 inches wide by 25 feet and seven inches long, with a height of nine feet two inches.
