Program Coordinator (Investing Now)

:: Katherine Mosley-Turner, M.S.W.

Katherine Mosley-Turner is a native of southern New Jersey. She earned her BS degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and her MSW degree from Temple University's School of Social Administration. Her professional experience includes serving as perinatal social work consultant for Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and its SIDS/Infant Apnea Evaluation Center. Later, she became the Family Division Director/Assistant Trial Court Administrator for the New Jersey Superior Court, Vicinage I followed by Director of Governmental and Community Relations for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. Following relocation to Pittsburgh, she has served as Recruiter/Trainer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh; Program Director for the Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern PA and Docket Specialist for Reed Smith, LLC, a global law firm with headquarters in Pittsburgh. She is also a certified Family Mediator.

 


Academic Support Coordinator

:: Linda Demoise, M.S.

Mrs. Linda W. Demoise is the Academic Support Coordinator of the PECAP Pre-College Component tutoring program. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the after school tutoring program, hiring and supervising undergraduate engineering, math and science tutors, scheduling weekly tutoring sessions for students, and coordinating the Saturday Hands-On Science program.

Mrs. Demoise is a former employee of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where she was a hydraulic engineer for the Pittsburgh District. Mrs. Demoise has spent years as a volunteer tutor for area high school math and science students. Mrs. Demoise holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State.
