In addition, tutoring enrollment is now open for the spring term. If you would like to schedule weekly appointments for your spring classes please submit a Spring Enrollment Form and indicate your time preferences.

EXCEL Study sessions ONLY offered during major testing periods

Pitt EXCEL no longer hosts weekly evening study sessions this year. We have changed our format and study sessions will be held before major testing periods. We do encourage you to form your own study groups, as they will become beneficial to your success in the Swanson School of Engineering.

EXCEL tutoring is in full Swing for the Fall Term

The Pitt EXCEL Program offers free tutoring services to engineering students, focusing primarily on the freshman engineering curriculum (physics, chemistry, and calculus). Tutoring assistance is also available in upper level engineering courses, however this is based on the specific expertise of our tutors. Scheduled and walk-in appointments are offered and based on tutor availability. For more information about tutoring please contact Linda Demoise (lwd3@pitt.edu).
