Employers Evaluation

Each term, the Co-op Office requires its employers to evaluate their co-op students. These assessments are critical to student development as well as the enhancement of employer programs. Evaluation forms will be mailed to our company participants towards the end of each work session. Please review this information with your students before returning the completed forms to our office.
