Admissions Graduate Department RequirementsDepartmental Admissions RequirementsGraduate students in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering pursue course work as well as research, providing for a rewarding and stimulating professional experience. The programs are designed to allow the students to pursue advanced aspects of civil engineering, in preparation for additional career advancement. Course offerings accommodate full-time as well as part-time students. Each student is assigned an advisor who is a full-time faculty member in the department. The department conducts research in all major technical areas. Interested students should visit our Research, Labs and Centers section to learn more. Admission requirements include the following:
