The Campaign for Engineering Legacy Funds

As president & CEO of Westinghouse Electric Company, Steve Tritch understands the need for flexible resources to run a world-class enterprise. In 2005, he and his wife created the Stephen R. & Tami A. Tritch Engineering Legacy Fund to provide the Dean with the resources needed to enhance the Pitt Engineering experience in perpetuity.

Tritch received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2003 from the Department of Mechanical Engineering and was recognized by the University as a Distinguished Alumni Fellow in 2006.

He was also named in that year to the Pitt board of trustees.
