The Campaign for Engineering Legacy Funds

Dave Toth founded NetRatings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRT) by spinning out technology he developed at Hitachi Ltd.  He led the company to its position as the leading provider of timely, actionable Internet audience information and analysis. As President and CEO, Dave formed vital strategic partnerships with Nielsen Media Research and ACNielsen.  Together, the three companies developed Nielsen//NetRatings, the leading global Internet Audience Measurement service with deployments in 29 countries throughout the world. 

 

Under Dave’s leadership, NetRatings went public in December 1999, and was cash flow positive for six consecutive quarters.

Prior to forming NetRatings, Dave was a Vice President at Hitachi Computer Products, where he led the Network Products Group and was responsible for the development, sales and marketing of numerous hardware and software products in the United States and abroad. Former affiliations include Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Interlink Computer Sciences and PPG Industries. Dave is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Predictive Networks and a private investor in several high technology companies including; Bowstreet Software, Swingtide, and Edgewater Networks.
