The Campaign for Engineering Legacy Funds

As the U.S. Steel Dean of Engineering, Jerry Holder recognizes the importance of unrestricted resources for the Swanson School of Engineering. Serving as dean since 1996, he has benefited from the tremendous increase in philanthropic support in recent years by having more funds available to strengthen the Swanson School of Engineering and its educational programs.

For this reason, he not only endorsed the initiative to begin establishing Engineering Legacy Funds, he made a commitment to create one of the first. The Gerald D. and Diane P. Holder Engineering Legacy Fund benefits not only his efforts to continually improve the school, but will benefit those deans who will follow him in the years to come.
