Undergraduate Program Rules
Study abroad can be a valuable part of an undergraduate education. This is especially true for students of Engineering who wish to gain an appreciation of other cultures and of economic systems and engineering practices throughout the world. In the School of Engineering, the importance of international study and internship experience is recognized. As an Engineering student, you are encouraged to explore your options early and to discuss them with Dr. Richard Debski in 734 Benedum Hall. It is also important to notify your academic advisor early on of your intention to study abroad, so that your curriculum may be planned appropriately. Every effort will be made to incorporate your approved study abroad experience into your plan of study here at the University of Pittsburgh.
Below are requirements for Engineering students who wish to study abroad. Please read them carefully and direct your questions to Dr. Debski.
