Paper Submission
Submissions should be prepared as follows:
- Format: Standard IEEE conference proceeding format
in double columns, no less than 10 pt font.
- Length: Up to 4 pages, including authors' names,
affilation, figures, tables, and references.
Manuscripts, in PDF (with satisfactory print quiality),
should be submitted via email to both workshop chairs.
